Responsibilities: • Examine each product and service for quality in accordance with the standards set by the company • Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals • Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers • Coordinates and manages all areas of marketing and community activities, including planning and execution • Create a comprehensive plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses Qualifications: • Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired • This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry • Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills Compensation: $80,000+
