Associate Director, Regulatory Project Management
Relay Therapeutics
Associate Director supporting regulatory project management for development programs at a therapeutics company. Will coordinate complex global regulatory filings, align cross-functional teams on submission strategies, and maintain project timelines and risk tracking to enable successful health authority interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory project management for assigned development programs and major submission milestones
- Develop integrated submission and execution plans with regulatory and cross-functional leads
- Create and maintain comprehensive project timelines, critical paths, milestones, and risk documentation
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working groups to drive accountability and decision-making
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or deviations from planned timelines
Requirements
- Experience in regulatory project management or related program/project management roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills across functional teams
- Proficiency with project management tools and timelines
- Knowledge of regulatory submission processes and health authority interactions
- Experience building scalable processes and frameworks
