Your leadership will inspire your team to Live Más every day while providing excellent service and training to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Provide Overall Leadership and Management: Lead your team to achieve operational excellence while embodying our brand values. Train and Motivate Employees: Develop your team to ensure they deliver the best service and uphold Taco Bell standards. Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain a high‑quality guest experience that keeps customers coming back.
