Integrated Program Planner - Mid-Career - Level 3

Overview At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, the Program Planner supports the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program under the Airborne Mission Systems (AMS) submarket. The role involves establishing and executing program schedules, performing critical path and risk analyses, and communicating schedule impacts to stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist and perform as a program planner establishing and executing the program schedule and business rhythms required to accomplish program control, analyses and forecasting objectives. Utilize project management tools, implement network logic and measurement methods to perform critical path and risk analyses. Participate and lead in program and functional meetings that support ongoing business performance requirements. Communicate schedule impacts and propose corrective actions to applicable stakeholders. Implement, maintain, and manage planning products in support of planning processes. Support independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics. Assist with data and process quality assessments of planning products and preparation for surveillance reviews to ensure compliance with program performance management. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education. Proficiency in Schedule, Baseline, and EVM Management. Experience executing in Open Plan and Microsoft Project. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks. Proficiency in the Deltek Tool Suite: PMCompass and Open Plan, as well as Microsoft Project. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Desired Skills Ability to support onsite Owego planning needs. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management. Experience with customer or senior leadership presentations. Experience Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management. Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology. Clearance Level None.
