Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking to hire a S&C Machine Operator in Norwood, MA. Please apply using your 2026 resume. 

• Pay: $20-24 
• Shift: third shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 pm)

Responsibilities:
S&C (Straight & Cut) requires the operator to set up and monitor a machine that straightens and cuts wire to a specified length. 

• Set up and adjust the wire straightening and cutting machine according to production requirements
• Monitor the machine during operation to ensure consistent performance and quality output
• Inspect finished wires for conformity to specifications
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns to maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Record production data and follow procedures

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery 
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine setup
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
