Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Cable Operator responsible for operating cableprocessing equipment, performing fabrication tasks, and ensuring all products meet quality and measurement specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate cablecutting, stripping, crimping, and fabrication equipment
Read and interpret production orders, schematics, and measurement requirements
Inspect cables and assemblies for accuracy, defects, and quality compliance
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine equipment checks
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
Assist with material handling, staging, and workflow support as needed
Document production counts, measurements, and completed work
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or cable assembly preferred
Ability to use hand tools, measurement tools, and basic power tools
Comfortable working in a fastpaced production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Shift & Pay
Monday-Friday: 6:00AM-2:30PM
