INHP is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and help drive sustainable growth and impact.The OpportunityAs Director of Finance, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of the organization. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and treasury functions while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Board.What You'll DoLead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reportingManage cash flow, liquidity, and investment activities to support lending and program initiativesPrepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership, Board members, and external stakeholdersOversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting (including federal grants and industry requirements)Guide financial strategy for real estate and lending activities, including complex project analysisEnsure strong internal controls, policy compliance, and financial record integritySupervise and develop a high-performing finance teamPartner cross-functionally to evaluate major investments, programs, and organizational decisionsWhat Skills You Will Need to BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA/MBA preferred7–10 years of finance experience, including mortgage lending or financial servicesAt least 5 years of leadership experience managing a finance teamStrong background in financial analysis, reporting, and compliance (nonprofit, banking or mortgage experience a plus)Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insightsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of integrity and commitment to mission-driven workWhy INHP?Make a meaningful impact in the communityCollaborate with passionate, mission-focused professionalsPlay a key role in shaping financial strategy and organizational growthReady to make an impact?
