Shift Leader

Shift Leader – Einstein Bros. Bagels Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Set the morale and tone of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Open and close the store with little to no supervision. Ensure the quality of food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years or older. Flexible to work varied hours, including early hours as early as 3am and weekends. Ability to pass background check as required by local, state, and federal law. Authorized to obtain a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred; required at certain locations) and meet company driving qualifications. Benefits Flexible schedule.
