Job Summary The Service Supervisor supports front‑end operations by supervising associates, maintaining service and safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role assists store leadership with daily operations, staffing support, cash handling oversight, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Front‑End Operations & Customer Service Supervise daily front‑end operations, including checklanes, self‑checkout, and service desk activities Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Ensure front‑end areas are clean, organized, and customer‑ready at all times Supervision & Associate Support Supervise, coach, and support front‑end associates during assigned shifts Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure service standards are met Reinforce company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations Cash Handling & Controls Oversee cash handling procedures, including tills, pickups, audits, and balancing Ensure compliance with cash control and loss prevention policies Report discrepancies and operational issues to store leadership Operations & Compliance Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned Ensure compliance with company safety, service, and operational standards Support training initiatives and onboarding activities for front‑end associates Communication & Store Support Communicate shift updates, issues, and follow‑ups to store leadership Partner with other departments to support overall store operations Act as manager‑on‑duty when assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr Albertsons Companies
