Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations of the community to meet residents’ needs. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and that quality care evolves with their changing needs. Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts, assuming the role of caregiver or Med Tech/Aide when necessary. Assist in supervising community‑based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA’s, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training. Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision/administration. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale guidelines. Share on‑call duties as required. Manage associate schedules. Qualifications Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN). Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
