Join Our Dynamic Respiratory Therapy Team!

Job Description:

- Location: Richmond, VA
- Shift: 19:00-07:00 (Nights)
- Contract Length: 91 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 430
- Team Size: 25 staff members
- Patient Ratios: 20-25 treatments per round

Equipment You Will Use:
- Oxygen therapy
- BIPAP/CPAP
- Ventilators
- Nebulizers
- Blood gas machines

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality respiratory therapy
- Perform arterial blood gas analyses
- Manage ventilator settings and adjustments
- Administer nebulizer treatments
- Utilize BIPAP/CPAP for patients in need

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must possess ICU Experience
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Possess current RRT credential
- Hold a current VA State License
- Have current BLS & ACLS certifications

Dress Code:
- Scrub Color/Attire: Navy Blue

Additional Information:
- Rotating weekends required
- Call is preferable at least once every 5-6 weeks (one 24-hour shift)
