The Role We are seeking a hospitality‑driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a motivated leader looking to grow within a respected hospitality group while developing strong operational, financial, and leadership skills. The AGM plays a critical role in team development, service execution, and maintaining MML’s high standards of hospitality, acting as a hands‑on leader on the floor and a trusted partner to both front‑and‑back‑of‑house teams. What You’ll Do Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Act as a visible leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring team members. Help maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth FOH/BOH coordination. Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost control. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Uphold health, safety, and regulatory compliance at all times. Step into leadership coverage when the General Manager is off property. What You’ll Bring Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to care for guests and create meaningful experiences.
