The 600,000 sq. ft. property includes a variety of event spaces, food and beverage outlets, and resort living. The SGM will report to the Restaurant General Manager and oversee 1 Sommelier, the Dining Room Manager and 25 front‑of‑house staff. Typical Day Responsibilities Ensure seamless operations: manage daily food and beverage operations, maintain top‑tier quality, service and marketing strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback and drive continuous improvements. Drive operational efficiency: oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage and labor expenses. Elevate quality and service standards: support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue and maximize profitability. Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements to build a high‑performing team. Uphold regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing. Requirements At least 2 years of restaurant management experience in an elevated fine dining environment is required.
