Oportunidad Laboral: Facilitador Técnico

Descripción del Puesto:
Estamos buscando un profesional técnico altamente capacitado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este rol requiere movilidad entre San Juan y Dorado.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Instalación y Configuración de Equipos: Realizar la instalación y configuración de nuevos dispositivos, incluyendo PCs, laptops, impresoras, entre otros.
• Instalación de Software: Implementar software autorizado por el cliente, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento.
• Configuración de Cuentas y Recursos: Gestionar la creación y configuración de cuentas de usuario, correo electrónico y acceso a los recursos necesarios.
• Instalación y reemplazo de hardware, cableado estructurado básico, despliegue de estaciones de trabajo, soporte de impresoras/periféricos, mudanzas de equipo (IMAC).?Soporte a usuario final.???
  
  

Requisitos:

• Técnico en informática, 1-3 años de experiencia, disponibilidad de movilización entre sitios.???
  CompTIA A+; Network+ (deseable)
• Experiencia previa en servicios de IT y configuración de hardware/software.
• Capacidad para viajar entre San Juan y Dorado según las necesidades del trabajo.
• Conocimientos sobre sistemas operativos.
• Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con el equipo y clientes.
