The employee is responsible for performing all duties associated with their assigned position while supporting the school's mission, values, and educational goals. The employee reports directly to the Principal, who oversees all daily school operations and evaluates performance based on the position's official job description.

• Carry out assignments accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. 
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, professionalism, and confidentiality. 
• Foster a safe, respectful, and positive learning and working environment for students and staff. 
• Follow school policies, procedures, and administrative directives. 
• Work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents. 
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation as needed. 
• Attend required meetings, training sessions, and school events. 
• Support the school's mission and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Perform other duties that are regularly associated with the position and assigned to employees in the same role.
