Home Health Caregiver Position Available
Job Summary:
Modani Care, a trusted provider of in-home care services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team in Round Oak, GA. As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need support with daily living. Our team is committed to delivering personalized care that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortably at home, and we're looking for a caring and experienced professional to help us achieve this mission.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home care services to seniors and adults who need support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Requirements:
Experience in home health care, hospice, or gerontology preferred
Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
