Job Summary

CCI Mechanical, Inc. is looking for an ambitious and passionate person to join our sales team in Southern Utah. The Service Sales Representative will specialize in closing new preventative maintenance business opportunities (HVAC Maintenance Service Contracts). This employee will be responsible for expanding CCI Mechanical’s book of business by selling service agreements to potential customers from Fillmore to Saint George, Utah and in Clark County, Nevada. If you are a team player and a dynamic go-getter, we want you on our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identifyprospective customers, lead generation,andconversion

• Contactnew customers to discuss needs

• Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted

• Negotiateprices and terms, and prepare sales agreements

• Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results toSales Manager

• Meet established revenue and profit goals as defined in the Service Sales Commission Plan

• Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional, including attendance at product and sales training events, participationatall professional training provided by EMCOR/CCI Mechanical, etc.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales

• Experience in the HVACindustryis preferred

• Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude

• Computer skills using Word and Excel

• Competitive nature and independent decision makingarerequired

• Reliable, self-driven,confident, articulate,andpersuasive
