When guests walk into Frenchies they'll find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand- this is our concierge! The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and is excellent at working with computers! Responsibilities The Concierge is accountable for all front desk operations including phone, retail sales, cash transactions, guest POS activities, guest experience cycle, and general day-to-day operations. Accountable for efficient and effective day-to-day operations that achieve minimal front desk service standards. Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. Includes: opening duties, greeting clients, answering phones, making appointments, retail sales, membership sales, cash transactions, customer check-in/check-out, appointment confirmation calls, closing duties. Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties. Must be flexible to help with coverage of shifts in short-notice/emergency situations (sickness, etc.) Customer contacts and rescheduling if needed. Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience Experience as a receptionist preferred Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic Advanced computer skills Excellent multi-tasking skills Must be willing to work Friday-Sunday
