Position Summary As an independently licensed mental health therapist, you will deliver high‑quality virtual and in‑person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. You will build meaningful connections with patients and families, educate them about therapeutic approaches, and provide ongoing support. Your work will help patients progress toward their care goals across developmental and neurodiverse populations. The role is hybrid, with after‑school, evening, and weekend direct‑care therapy sessions supported. How You’ll Make an Impact Deliver High‑Quality Therapy – Lead individual sessions, in‑person and telehealth, for youth ages 2‑26, using evidence‑based practices. Build Meaningful Therapeutic Relationships – Spend necessary time with patients and families to understand their experiences and provide support. Drive Patient Progress – Monitor and adjust treatment to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate for Integrated Care – Coordinate with other professionals and families; participate in optional weekly consultations. Maintain Clinical Excellence – Keep thorough records and documentation, meeting high technical quality standards. The Basics You’ll Need Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland. Minimum 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients. Minimum 1 year of experience in telehealth or virtual settings. Own phone, computer, and high‑speed internet. Commit to at least 5 hours per week during core after‑4pm Monday‑Friday and 8am‑7pm on weekends. Commit to a hybrid role at the Frederick, MD clinic location.
