Solid Rock Recruiting – Commercial Drywall Search Specialists Position: Project Executive Industry: Commercial Drywall Location: Chicago, IL Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: 50%+ local project/client visits (no overnight travel) The Opportunity We are representing a well-established commercial drywall contractor in the Chicago market that is expanding its New Construction division and adding a Project Executive to its leadership team. This is a front-line leadership role — not a back-office position. You will step into an active backlog of awarded work, support projects coming online, and serve as the executive face of the company with key clients. A strong PM/APM team is in place to handle day-to-day execution. This role is centered on leadership, visibility, accountability, and relationship ownership. If you are polished, client-focused, and experienced delivering large-scale drywall projects, this opportunity offers significant impact and long-term growth.
