Salary: $80,000$100,000/year commensurate with experience

If you love building systems that make complex operations run smoothly and enjoy mentoring a team toward higher performance, this role may be a fit for you! Were looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations who can take ownership of every moving part of our operations from field staff dispatch to final walkthrough. This job is part operations strategist, part team leader, and part quality champion. What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute operational strategies that align field operations with company goals and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and build accountability within a team of operations managers, coordinators, and field personnel
- Monitor day-to-day service delivery to ensure quality standards and timelines are consistently met
- Serve as the operational link between sales, client services, and field teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Optimize resource allocation labor, equipment, and materials across all moves and service locations
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular audits and performance assessments
- Develop and maintain safety protocols, training programs, and compliance standards for all personnel
- Coordinate operations support across Moyer Move Management and our sister company, Moyer & Sons
- Strategic operational leadership You can develop and execute strategies that tie directly back to company goals, not just keep the trains running on time
- People leadership You have experience building and mentoring high-performing operations teams and know how to build a culture of accountability
- Resource management and quality oversight Youre skilled at optimizing labor and materials while maintaining Moyers standards of service through thoughtful quality control
- Tech-savvy You embrace technology and are willing to learn new software platforms to manage your day-to-day work
