We are looking for a CRM Manager for a top apparel retailer hybrid out of their DTLA offices! The CRM Manager will jump in and help execute high-impact, customer-centric campaigns across four brands. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep hands-on experience with Bluecore and Attentive, and brings strong attention to detail to every send. We send an average of 20 emails a week and 12-16 SMS campaigns.
- Pay rate: $40.00-$45.00/hr based on experience Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Bluecore (email) and Attentive (SMS), delivering timely, brand-right communications across multiple brands.
- Build and refine customer segments using Bluecore’s filtering logic to drive personalized messaging.
- Execute and QA daily sends with a sharp eye for detail—ensuring flawless delivery, accurate targeting, and brand consistency.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with brand and creative to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.
- 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in e-commerce, fashion, or consumer retail.
- Proven hands-on experience with Bluecore and Attentive—comfortable building, filtering, testing, and deploying campaigns
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral targeting across the customer journey.
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience QA-ing email and SMS campaigns in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communicator and reliable team player who can quickly adapt and contribute in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
- Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS.
