Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Surgical Services RNs
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for Registered Nurses with over 2 years of Acute Care Experience. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation: $36.00–$49.16 per hour, translating to $432.00–$589.92 gross per 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated in accordance with applicable laws).
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, with day shifts offered.

Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process.
- Administer nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and assist OR Technicians and other support staff.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Must possess a current and valid state RN License.
- Hold a current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it.
- Obtain ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and keep it current.
- Acquire PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it.
- At least one year of prior perioperative experience or relevant on-the-job training.
- CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on various factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, and licensure.
