Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt activities for diverse student populations
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate on student care plans

Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify student needs, developing treatment goals in alignment with educational objectives
• Plan and implement therapeutic activities that support mobility, balance, and participation in school routines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs, progress notes, and therapy logs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, PTAs, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Offer training or guidance to staff and caregivers to ensure carry-over of therapy strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
