Mixer (Heavy Liter) 
Location: Glendale Heights, IL
Shift: 10:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to prepare and mix ingredients according to established recipes and production specifications. The Mixer Operator will ensure products are properly prepared while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately according to recipes and production requirements.
• Operate industrial mixers and related production equipment.
• Load ingredients into mixers and monitor the mixing process.
• Follow recipes, batch sheets, and production instructions.
• Inspect ingredients and finished batches for quality and consistency.
• Record batch information, ingredient usage, and production data.
• Maintain proper temperatures, mixing times, and product specifications.
• Clean and sanitize mixers, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures.
• Identify and report equipment issues or product inconsistencies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Required:

• Age 18+
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong physical stamina

Preferred:

• Previous mixer, batch maker, or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and handle ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow recipes and written instruction

• Fast-paced, hands-on role

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance

• Flexible scheduling may be required at some sites
