Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities:

Steer the company's food safety programs while maintaining optimum standards.
Identify and rectify sub-standard conditions and practices.
Monitor production and packaging processes to ensure maximum accuracy and compliance.
Develop comprehensive in-plant quality status summaries and monthly activity reports.
Maintain all company and customer quality control policies and manuals.
Perform other essential tasks assigned by management to enhance operational quality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in quality control within the food industry.
Knowledge of food safety programs and quality regulations.
Attention to detail with the ability to identify issues in production processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
