The career opportunity for you:

Recore Electrical Contractors is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing electrical materials, tools, and equipment to support field operations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe and organized warehouse, and prepares materials for delivery to job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of electrical materials and supplies.

Verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
Organize, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, stage, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment for job site deliveries.
Load and unload company vehicles safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Identify damaged or missing materials and report discrepancies promptly.
Assist with deliveries to job sites as needed.
Track and maintain company tools and equipment.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, construction, or electrical supply experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical materials and components is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
