Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities Create, develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management program supporting joint cyber capabilities operations Enable collaboration and streamline access to cyber operational data to support informed leadership decision making Promote, train, and assist users in adopting internal KM tools, repositories, and collaboration platforms Establish and maintain repeatable KM processes, best practices, and continuous process improvement methodologies Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, enterprise data models, and visual analytics using SharePoint, SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud services Architect, configure, and administer SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and site collections, including lifecycle management and performance tuning Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of integrated master scheduler experience Minimum of 5 years knowledge manager experience Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency with Power BI Deep expertise in SharePoint Online architecture Benefits Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
