Job Title: Service & Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Service & Warranty Adminstrator to join our service team. This role is essential in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors



• 
  

  Ensure all warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and filed properly



• 
  

  Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer policies and guidelines



• 
  

  Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve claim issues



• 
  

  Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims



• 
  

  Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and procedures



• 
  

  Assist in auditing warranty files and reports to ensure dealership compliance



• Handle daily deposits for Service Team


• Issue Purchase Orders for Dealership Vendors

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in an automotive service environment strongly preferred



• 
  

  Knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies and dealership operations



• 
  

  Excellent organizational and time management skills



• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork



• 
  

  Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and Microsoft Office



• 
  

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills
