We are looking for a Parts and Warranty Administrator for a growing business. Job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Parts ordering for both retail and internal needs.
- Warranty submission.
- Light customer service writing.
- Keep customers up-to-date on the work progress of their unit.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.
