Senior ML Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We typically look for 4+ years of experience building, deploying, and scaling machine learning and AI systems in production.
• We need strong hands-on experience developing agentic AI systems, including LLM-based agents, tool or function calling, multi-step reasoning, orchestration frameworks, and AI-assisted analytical workflows.
• We expect broad, in-depth knowledge of modern AI and ML methods, including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI and LLMs, and statistical modeling.
• We require strong software engineering capability, with solid Python skills or other production languages, plus software design principles, testing, version control, CI/CD, and production-grade development.
• We look for strong machine learning engineering experience, including ML frameworks, model pipelines, feature stores, orchestration, and MLOps tools.
• We require a strong quantitative background in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• We value proven experience with model validation, diagnostic testing, and careful interpretation of model performance.
• We need demonstrated ability to own and deliver technical projects while collaborating effectively within a team.
• We expect excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We look for strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguous, real-world environments.
• A PhD or Masters in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Econometrics, or another related quantitative field is a plus.

• We contribute to the end-to-end design, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI/ML and agentic AI systems.
• We design and build agentic AI workflows and applications, including multi-step reasoning, tool use, orchestration, and LLM-based agents that automate and enhance complex analytical and business processes.
• We help build and maintain scalable, reliable ML and agentic infrastructure and pipelines using strong software engineering practices such as version control, testing, CI/CD, code review, and modular design.
• We apply a wide range of AI and ML methods, including deep learning, generative AI and LLMs, and modern ML techniques, to business problems in pricing, marketing, campaign targeting, and customer analytics.
• We contribute to technical standards and best practices, supporting engineering excellence, reproducibility, and responsible AI and ML practices.
• We collaborate with data scientists and engineers, take part in code reviews and knowledge sharing, and support mentoring of junior or intern team members where appropriate.
• We partner with product, business, and engineering teams to define opportunities and communicate technical trade-offs and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We support model validation, governance, monitoring, and risk-management frameworks for models and agents in production.
