Senior Lead ML Engineer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5+ years of software engineering experience, along with strong computer science fundamentals.
• We need hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, Databricks (DBX), and AWS.
• We need experience building and running production-grade systems with a focus on quality, reliability, and observability.
• We need strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
• Preferred: experience with C++, Scala, and/or Java.
• Preferred: data engineering experience; ML exposure is a plus.
• Preferred: experience enabling or building AI agent development, including LLM-enabled workflows, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Preferred: an advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• We design, develop, and deploy regulatory model applications and cloud modernization solutions.
• We build scalable distributed data processing solutions using PySpark/Python and Databricks (DBX).
• We implement secure, resilient AWS-based architectures and integration patterns.
• We write high-quality code, tests, and documentation, and contribute to reviews and release readiness.
• We communicate architecture and delivery plans through clear technical documentation and tech decks.
• We partner with product, data, model, and platform teams to deliver outcomes on time.
