If this sounds like the place for you – come join our team!Title: Senior Contracts ManagerDepartment: Legal, Privacy & RiskReports To: Associate General CounselFLSA Status: ExemptLocation: New York Office, NY preferredJob SummaryThe Senior Contracts Manager will help formalize and draft the documentation of strategic agreements with clients and vendors, support the negotiation of all service and software agreements, interpret, understand, and communicate key contractual requirements and obligations, and manage day-to-day contract administration activities for the complete contract lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate a range of inbound and outbound commercial technology and other types of contracts, including client, partner and vendor agreements.Manage coordination between Salesforce and the contract management tooling.Collaborate with the Legal and Privacy group and cross-functional business teams, including Sales, Products, Finance, Human Resources, and other internal operations functions.Liaise with internal and external clients in the creation, review, and administration of commercial agreements, including Sales, Customer Success, and Data Partnerships.Provide assistance with contract language interpretation, negotiation guidance, and support for contract renegotiations and modifications.Provide advice on revenue and legal matters and efficiency opportunities.Provide guidance on contract-related matters and support contract lifecycle management.Qualifications and Experience:8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts related to technology solutions.Experience negotiating agreements related to data licensing and protection is a plus.Experience with contract management systems is preferred.Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of "One Team", "Innovate", and "Build Trust", as well as humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.Experience in high-growth /pre-IPO Technology companies is a plus.This position description should not be considered the final description of the position. Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.The anticipated salary range for this role is:Metro 2: $130,000 - $140,000 plus company bonusMetro 3: $115,000 - $128,000 plus company bonusOffered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Prove follows a market driven compensation philosophy based on geographic location and respective market rates.
