Location: Oakland Park, FL

Pay: $17 - $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you experienced with electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering? We're seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Oakland Park, FL . In this role, you'll assemble complex electromechanical products made up of approximately 100 individual components while working from blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and building high-quality products in a clean, team-focused manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical products and sub-assemblies using BOMs, BOOs, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering, crimping, and electromechanical assembly
• Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and perform root cause analysis
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics
• Identify and document non-conforming products and materials
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Cross-train in multiple departments to support production operations
• Train and support team members on assembly processes when required

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of electrical or electromechanical assembly experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics
Experience performing complex mechanical assemblies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakland Park, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
