HVAC Service Technician – $25–$45/Hour

Cinnaminson, NJ | Full-Time | Permanent

One of our best clients in the Northeast is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for its Cinnaminson, New Jersey, market. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, steady work, and excellent long-term career potential with an established HVAC company.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. Candidates should be dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heating and air-conditioning systems
• Service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
• Repair or replace defective HVAC components
• Clearly explain findings and recommended repairs to customers
• Complete service records and paperwork accurately
• Follow company procedures and industry safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous HVAC service experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Boiler experience is a plus
• EPA certification is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Availability for overtime or on-call work when required

Compensation:

$25–$45 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and technical ability.
