Dialysis Operations Manager Facility Administrator

Job Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and personal and professional growth. You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Devise, mentor and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community. Manage the clinic’s financial performance: adhere to the budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies and monitor compliance. Operate the clinic autonomously while receiving support from the director, regional peers and the company. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field or Registered Nurse license. Minimum 3 years experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.). Current CPR certification (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong collaboration skills; will work daily with clinical and financial teams.
