2nd Shift Supervisor

2nd Shift | Direct Hire | Green Bay, WI Area Our client, a reputable manufacturer in the Green Bay area, is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead production operations on 2nd shift . This is a direct-hire leadership role reporting to the Plant Manager. What You’ll Do Lead and supervise hourly production employees Execute daily production schedules and meet output goals Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance standards Monitor performance metrics and report shift results Train, coach, and onboard new team members Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor Support inventory control and payroll for assigned shift Partner with HR on employee relations and disciplinary actions Respond to production issues and emergency situations What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred Plastics injection molding experience strongly preferred Technical background in plastics manufacturing a plus Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills Comfortable using MS Office and manufacturing ERP systems (IQMS a plus) Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 70 lbs as needed Why You’ll Want This Role Competitive pay & benefits package Leadership role with growth opportunities Hands‑on involvement with advanced manufacturing processes Supportive team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
