Registered Nurse - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and aligns with mission and standards. Responsibilities: Administers nursing care, evaluates caregiver performance, collaborates across departments, and maintains compliance with standards and confidentiality. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure in the state or compact license, with at least 1 year of recent Med Surg RN experience or 2 years for other specialties. Preferred BSN and Epic experience. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for specific departments; additional certifications may be needed. Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform physical duties essential for patient care. Key Attributes: Flexibility in shifts (day/night), ability to work with short notice, and adaptability to last-minute cancellations.
