Position: RN Case Manager – Hospice
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Charting System: PCC

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience
Active RN license
BLS certification required
BSN not required
