Director of Scenic & Fabrication Design

Dreamhawk Entertainment is seeking a visionary Director of Scenic & Fabrication Design to oversee the concepting, engineering, and execution of world‑class environments for touring and branded experiences. This leader will collaborate across creative and technical departments to bring immersive stages and scenic worlds to life, from sketch to stage. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of scenic design from concept development through fabrication and installation. Develop scalable designs that travel efficiently and meet safety regulations and venue constraints. Supervise in-house and third-party scenic teams, vendors, and fabricators. Partner with creative directors, choreographers, lighting and technical teams for visual cohesion. Oversee budgeting, timelines, renderings, CAD files, and scenic shop workflows. Qualifications 5+ years experience in scenic design and/or fabrication for touring, theater, live events, or immersive environments. Expert knowledge of stage carpentry, materials, scenic automation, and shop practices. Strong proficiency in CAD software and rendering programs (e.g., Vectorworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp). Proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Location Position based in Las Vegas, with potential travel to scenic shops, venues, and tour launches as needed.
