Demand Generation Specialist

Threatcop is hiring a Demand Generation Executive (US Market) to build and drive top-of-funnel pipeline for the US cybersecurity market through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel demand generation campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email warmups , B2B persona building, and end-to-end pipeline ownership — from generating and qualifying leads to supporting deal progression — aligned with US business standards and time zones. Key Responsibilities: Generate Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to US-based cybersecurity prospects Manage email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), perform email warmups, build B2B personas, and create automated nurture sequences Plan and execute targeted, multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and outbound) to build and accelerate pipeline Qualify leads using the BANT framework and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team Support the sales lifecycle by assisting with discovery, follow-ups, and pipeline progression in coordination with Account Executives Maintain accurate CRM records, track interactions, and report performance and campaign metrics Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, pipeline, and appointment-setting targets Research the US cybersecurity and networking markets to identify high-growth industries and buyer segments Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine messaging, strengthen value positioning, and improve lead conversion rates Support US-focused business development and pipeline growth initiatives Represent Threatcop at US-centric events, webinars, conferences, and networking forums to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, phishing threats, and human risk management practices to effectively position Threatcop against competitors Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology or a related field 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / demand generation, ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS in the US market Must have hands-on experience working with AI tools such as Claude and NotebookLM.
