Dayforce HRIS & Analytics Lead (Hybrid)

Heritage Oak Private Education is seeking an HRIS & Analytics Manager to optimize our Dayforce HR system and lead workforce analytics initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and hands-on Dayforce experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days in the West Chester office and two days remote. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of HRIS experience.
