Facilities Manager Full Time, Ft. Belvoir, VA Secret clearance This position is contingent upon contract award. Overview: Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to support our organization in the Ft. Belvoir, VA area. Responsibilities: Provide specialized planning and operations support involving management, organizational, business and/or technical services that require project planning and control. Performs day-to-day operating procedures to organize, direct and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned tasks. Qualifications/Requirements: 15 years of facility maintenance experience for Government installations and infrastructure Minimum of a Secret Clearance required.
