Qué estamos buscando?Resumen del Puesto**Esta posición admite la postulación de personas con discapacidad conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 32 de la Ley Orgánica para la Inclusión, Igualdad y Desarrollo Integral de las Personas con DiscapacidadBuscamos un/a Asociado/a de Riesgo Mayorista para unirse a nuestro equipo en Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. Este rol apoyará la gestión y mitigación de riesgos asociados a las operaciones mayoristas del banco.Responsabilidades del Puesto*** Participar en la identificación, evaluación y monitoreo de riesgos de crédito, mercado y operacionales en la cartera mayorista.* Colaborar en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones sobre la exposición al riesgo y las métricas clave para la alta dirección.* Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de políticas y procedimientos de gestión de riesgos, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y externa.* Realizar análisis de datos y modelado para evaluar el impacto de diferentes escenarios de riesgo.* Contribuir al mantenimiento y mejora de las herramientas y sistemas de gestión de riesgos.* Participar en proyectos especiales relacionados con la optimización de procesos de riesgo y la implementación de nuevas metodologías.* Interactuar con equipos internos, incluyendo áreas de negocio, finanzas y auditoría, para asegurar una gestión integral del riesgo.Cualificaciones del Puesto*** Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Matemáticas, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.* Experiencia previa (1-3 años) en gestión de riesgos, análisis financiero o un rol similar en la industria bancaria o de servicios financieros.* Sólidos conocimientos de productos financieros mayoristas y sus riesgos asociados.* Capacidad analítica y cuantitativa demostrada, con habilidad para trabajar con grandes conjuntos de datos.* Manejo avanzado de herramientas como Excel, PowerPoint y experiencia con software de análisis estadístico (e.g., SAS, R, Python) es una ventaja.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español e inglés.* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, con atención al detalle y capacidad para cumplir plazos.* Conocimiento de la normativa bancaria y los marcos de gestión de riesgos (e.g., Basilea) es deseable.Da el primer paso hacia un futuro brillanteSummaryLocation: 01010, SAN BERNARDINO, Distrito CapitalType: Full time
