Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work in a mail order pharmacy setting located near Santa Clarita, CA. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience filling and preparing medications in a closed-door environment, ideal for new graduates and those with retail pharmacy backgrounds. The position is contract-based for approximately 13+ weeks, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role.

Location: Valencia/Santa Clarita, CA
Schedule:

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 24 to 32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and prepare prescriptions for mail order distribution
• Ensure medications are packaged and labeled correctly before shipment
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
• Assist with inventory management and quality control procedures as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician certification or relevant experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Retail pharmacy experience is a plus but not required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, closed-door pharmacy environment
