Executive - Supply Operations

Your Impact:
As the driving force behind our Driver Operations, you will:
Drive Supply Growth: Be the face of our operations on the ground, directly managing local
Hero partner supply pipelines through close coordination; Build strong relationships with
third-party agency leads while maintaining a firm stance on performance and compliance.
Results-Oriented: Monitor, evaluate, and challenge agent performance to exceed weekly and
monthly supply targets. Take quick action to unblock performance issues and reward
progress.
Troubleshooting & Escalations: Tackle field-level blockers swiftly, including agent reluctance,
miscommunication, or operational inefficiencies. Use a hands-on approach to restore
alignment and output.
Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams- Driver Operations and the marketplace to
align on execution plans and ensure seamless end-to-end coordination.

Your Toolbox:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales or operations
Communication Skills: Proficiency in two languages. (3rd language will be an added
advantage)
Building Partnerships and Collaboration - Ability to build relationships and negotiate with
heroes by planning regular visits and audits to ensure that KPIs are met

travel to locations to maintain engagement and identify opportunities for improvement
Analytical Ability: Ability to manage analytics tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
