Quick Facts: Location: Atlantic City, NJ (1925 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, rotating nights/weekends for call Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Board-Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Experience: Prior maternal-fetal medicine experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Hourly pay rate based on annual salary) Benefits Include: Competitive base salary of $650,000 annually Annual quality incentive bonus up to $25,000 5 paid CME days per year + $4,500 annually for CME, dues, and expenses Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000 Paid time off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours NJ sick leave Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance 24/7 dedicated support team through VHS Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient maternal fetal medicine consultations at two locations in Atlantic City and Pomona, NJ Conduct inpatient consultations at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Childbirth unit Participate in rotating call schedule including nights and weekends Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting Collaborate with obstetrics and neonatology teams for complex patient management Support remote monitoring for diabetic and hypotensive patients Work within a Level III NICU and private postpartum beds providing advanced maternal care What You Need: Appropriate NJ medical license and board-certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work rotating on-call shifts and travel between outpatient locations About the Assignment: Join a talented team at AtlantiCare, a leading healthcare provider in Atlantic City, NJ, committed to delivering the highest quality maternal-fetal care in a modern, supportive environment.
