Pay: $20-$22/HR DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm) Saturday availability required occasionally*

What You'll Do

• Assist advisors with greeting customers that are dropping off or picking up vehicles for service and repairs.

• Answer incoming calls to the service department.

• Provide customer updates by phone and text.

• Send service reminders to customers by phone, text and email

• Navigate traffic in the service drive during high-volume times.

• Move customer vehicles.

• Special projects as assigned.

• Must be able to perform essential job functions, including being on your feet for extended periods of time and working outdoors in different weather conditions.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience with customer service in person and over the phone.

• Customer Service Phone Skills: Required

• Excellent communication skills; Required

• Previous experience in a similar or related position.

• Professional personal appearance.

• Computer friendly.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $20 - $22.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
