As a Manager, Product Manager for CreditWise, you will ensure that we empower consumers alongside their financial journey. You will deliver critical product and platform investments that help us deliver on our 2030 vision - from driving awareness of CreditWise to building a seamless onboarding. You will push the boundaries of our experience today, plotting a path to meet consumers at their distinct financial moments.

As you develop your product roadmap and deliver on it, you will work closely with:

• Business analysts, marketers, engineers, and partnerships team
• Design, research, and legal/risk/compliance partners
• Enterprise business analysis, product, and tech counterparts

CreditWise has big plans to evolve and grow and we need a PdM who is passionate about ensuring that our users are able to access the tools and information we provide.

This will be the smartest financial assistant in your pocket. CreditWise is a standalone brand under the Capital One umbrella, which means it has the best of both worlds: resourcing of a large company but nimbleness of small organization. We operate across multiple web and mobile applications, and need a hands-on problem solver to deliver new features as we scale beyond our 60M+ customers.

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
