Job Overview

Pay: $8 Per Hour + Tips
Molly's is looking for an experienced, outgoing Bartender to join our team in Dover.
We're looking for someone who can make a great drink, handle a busy bar, and create the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. Our bartenders are a big part of the atmosphere at Molly's, so we're looking for someone who's personable, dependable, and knows how to have fun while still providing great service.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive bar service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with regulars and create a welcoming experience for new guests
• Take food and beverage orders at the bar
• Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings
• Handle guest payments and maintain accurate tabs
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
• Help maintain the fun, welcoming atmosphere Molly's is known for

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling a busy bar and multiple guests at once
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
• Ability to stay organized and composed during high-volume shifts
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
• Willing to help out beyond the bar when needed
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol
